Hello my crafty friends…. Happy Sunday well the weekend is over and I can’t believe we’re at the end of September already….. geez I haven’t made one Christmas card it’ll be here before we know it. Well I played in the haven a little this weekend giving my Silhouette some love. I made this cute treat box…. well I’m playing over on the Casology blog this evening and the Cue word this week is Frame…. my card is quite simple with a splash of color….Here’s my take hope you like and have a safe and blessed week my crafty friends.

Top of the morning to ya! my crafty friends….. I’m playing this morning in the haven while waiting for the painters to come and finish up the repairs…… I’m playing in a new challenge for me this morning “The Paper Players” the theme is Clean-n-Simple Taste of Fall, apples, pumpkins, etc…. I love fall we don’t get much of that here in So. Cal. but everyone says I need to go up to Julian to get the Fall feeling. I can’t believe yesterday was the last day of summer I’m so feeling fall I want to pull out my boots and sweaters but….the weather is just to fickle sometimes…… I’m off to work enjoy your day. I’ll check you out later hope you enjoy my take on the challenge.

Happy Saturday my crafty peeps….. it’s been a tad bit crazy around here we’re re-plumbing and the house has been a big mess so this girl has been a little sad…. I couldn’t get my crafty on the Mr. felt sad for me and made space for me in the haven so I can craft this weekend….. I’m doing what I love playing in a few challenges this weekend first up is Freshly Made Sketches….. I’m mixing it up a little going way back and mixing some old with the new. I got some new goodies from the Stamping Up Christmas Catalog. I used the Owl punch get it that’s the old with some new Halloween DSP paper and the Pumpkin Pie Shimmer paper is awesome. I kinda wanted a creepy smoky look so I took some Ranger Black Smoot and blended it on the mats….. it looks smoky to me.. It’s a rap hope you like my take on the sketch.
