Happy Tuesday my crafty friends….. what’s happening with yah! I was stressed the past few days I thought the post office lot my packages…. you know a girl stresses when she’s waiting for her happy mail. I got a new stamp set and copic’s. I’m doing the happy dance over here… Well crafty friends I have a quick post this evening I’m going to try and get as much play time in that I can this week the weekend is going to be very busy! So I’m playing over on the CASology blog and the que word this week is Dizzy. There’s lot’s of things that make us dizzy but my thought was an airplane when they make those loopy loops….. So I hand doodled the loop don’t hold it against me…lol! I’m out hope you like my take on the que world this week. Happy Wednesday evening almost there.

Happy Saturday my crafty friends… spending a little time today playing in the haven and I’m having a blast.. all the party planning is done and I’ve gotten all of the party items that I ordered online. The big 50th bash is next Saturday and I tell you we’re all excited. I’m getting my playing time in this weekend don’t know how much time I’ll get to play next weekend. I’m entering a couple of challenges this weekend first one I’m playing on is CASology the cue word this week is Watercolor. I pulled out an old set that’s been in my stash for awhile and it’s one of those situation’s where I had to have it but you never used it so I’m using some of my old sets and it’s great to finally use some of the stuff in your craft room that you normally don’t reach for can any of you relate. I pulled out an old SSS set Always & Forever to create my watercolored flowers and then used a few distress inks, hope you like my take on the cue word this week…..I’m off to create my next card.

Look what I have here… I was sitting creating this card and the whole time that I was putting all the fixing’s on the donuts I thought these look good enough to eat….. I had to take two photos of this one hoping you can see all the details on the donuts….. I hope you like my take on this one those donuts are just too much don’t you think!

Happy Sunday evening my crafty peeps…. I’ve been working on invitation’s for the Mister’s 50th birthday bash… and today I picked my girlfriend up from the airport went to breakfast with my family at this restaurant called Snooze the food was delicious and afterwards we went over to Torrey Pines Beach… I’m not a beach type of girl my sister-in-law says take off your shoes come out of your comfort zone and feel the sand between your toes a real challenge for me but what the heck we only live once right! I haven’t been able to play in the haven like I wanted too this weekend. I’ve been working on this card for a few days. The cue word over on the CASology blog this week is Journey. I decided to use a set that I just had to have and never used lol..I’m finally putting it to use. I pulled out a Beautiful Ride stamp set by SSS and I immediately thought of riding my bike to the market on a cobblestone street to pick up some flowers. I think I got the look riding up a hill on a cobblestone street. I hope you like my take on the sketch.

What a day….I woke up to the most amazing encouragement a girl could receive today is my birthday and I’ve been super encouraged by family and friends near and far. Next up is the new challenge over on the Tic Tac Toe blog my take on the sketch is the top row across embossing, doodling, add dimensional… I added dimension alright can you see I popped the hello up on the card to give it a 3D effect so cool the look but it was a challenge to pull it off. I hope you like my take on the challenge.

I don’t like going during the day it’s just too hot, crowds of people early morning is better ………. my birthday is in a few days maybe I’ll spend some time at the ocean…………. just sit, relax and take photo’s I need to do that more considering I took classes to learn how to take better photo’s of my cards for my blog posts………..lol the classes did pay off. I understand how to use my camera. Ok! peeps here you go Let’s have some fun in the Sun! I’m also playing on another new blog challenge Muse... My take on the sketch is critters with a background scene that’s my interpretation of Tracy’s photo… it fit’s right in with the challenge theme over at SSS as well.
