TTTC035 – Featured Designer Rosanne Mulhern – Happy Birthday

Create With Me…
1. I cut a piece of Strathmore Watercolor paper and inked smooshed several of the green colors from my Prima Colour A La Cremes Water Soluble Oil Pastels () and let it air dry. Once the panel was dry I die-cut with the Avery Elle Wonky Stitched Rectangle die.
2. I die cut several of the MFT Birthday Balloons out of Neenah Solar White card (80lb) with my Gemini Jr.
3. The balloon die cuts were stamped with various MFT Mini Inks (Perwinkle, Tickled Pink, Banana Split, Tangy Orange, Blu Raspberry). I stamped the sentiment with VersaFine Onyx Black ink.
4. The balloons were adhered to the ink smooshed panel with adhesive and foam dots for dimension, I then drew my string with a Black Pigma Micron Pen and added white dots, shadows with a Sakura White Gelly Roll pen.

5. To finish off my card I adhered the water colored panel onto a (4.75 x 5.25) piece of the pebbles (Happy Hooray 6×6 paper), both were adhered onto an A2 to fold Neenah card base a few enamel dots were added randomly through out my card panel.

TTTC-031-Featured Designer Peggy Noe – Sending You Love

Hello, my crafty friends…….. It feel like it’s been forever since I’ve sat down and really had an opportunity to  create. It felt good to just play. I moved a couple of months ago and it seem as though things were in a disarray including me.. (lol) so this past weekend I did nothing but play. My new craft space is called the Loft-A-Mania it’s cute and cozy.

Well my friends it’s Tic Tac Toe Thursday and for my design this week I knew I wanted to create off the bottom row across (Sequins, Watercolor, Square) I know it says square you’ve had one of those moments where you finished the design and you look at the challenge and realize Oop’s yeah! that’s what I said.

I wanted to do some ink smooshing so I took a few distress inks (Picked Raspberry, Festive Berries, Abandoned Coral) and smooshed onto a 4×5.25 panel of Strathmore Watercolor paper. I love how this background turned out… I die cut the SSS Clipping Hearts die out of the smooshed panel and inlay the hearts into the panel and popped some of the hearts with foam dots for dimension.

The love sentiment was die cut with the SSS Love die out of Stampin Up Gold Foil paper.  I stamped the Sending You sentiment with the SSS Love stamp onto Basic Black cardstock with VersaMark ink and heat embossed with SSS Fine Gold (EP).

To finish off my design I added a few Lucy’s Little Things True Love sequins and adhered the panel onto an A2 Top Fold Neenah Solar White Card base. I hope you’ll join in the fun this week and while your at it you should check out the rest of the Design Team.

TTT029 – Featured Designer Felicita – Life Is Unbearable!

Happy New Year! Welcome back to the first challenge in the New Year over at Tic Tac Toe Challenge. This week I’m the Featured Designer and my design is all about winter and two cute Polar Bears that are madly in love.

For my design this week I stamped  one of the Sunny Studios Playful Polar Bears stamp onto the Neat & Tangled Backdrops stamp and  copied it onto X-Press It Blending card. I took another image and stamped and colored both with various Copic Markers. I cut them out with my Brother Scan N Cut. I wanted the love birds to look like they were on a snow bank under a snowy night. I blended several Distress Inks for my night sky and then used my Carta Bella Christmas Sky Stencil and heat embossed with the Stampendous Detail White (EP). The sky just looks like it’s glistening……..

To finish my card I die cut a hill from the Lawn Fawn Stitched Border and blended a little distress ink on top to match the background panel. I adhered the hill and the Playful Polar Bears onto an A2 side fold MFT Grout Gray card base. Thank you for stopping bye… please head on over and check out the rest of the Design Team.

Whoops….TTTC027-Featured Designer Teresa DeWitt-Pierce

Hello my crafty friends… Happy Tic Tac Toe Thursday! My post is a little late this week I’ve been under the weather and yesterday I felt Flu like symptoms. We have exactly 17 days before Christmas…… and I hope your “NICE and not NAUGHTY” cause WHOOPS!!! He sees everything! While your checking out my card for this week please head on over and see what the rest of the Design Team is up to this week.

For my design this week I kept it simple. I stamped the Lil Inker Moody Santa imgae onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with various copic markers. I die-cut the Taylored Expressions Diagonal Stripes Cutting Plate out of Real Red cardstock. I die cut the Santa with the die from the Moody Santa die and adhered onto a Lawn Fawn Lg Stitched Circle that was cut from Bazzill Vellum and adhered onto the Diagonal Stripes panel.
To finish off my card I removed some of the stripes from the diagonal cutting plate and adhered onto an A2 Top Fold card base to look like a Candy Cane. The sentiment was stamped with SSS Clear Ink and heat embossed with Stampendous Detail White embossing powder. Pretty easy my friends.
