TTTC -041 – Easter Blessings

Hello, Welcome back to another fun week over at Tic Tac Toe challenge. I’m hoping you and your family have a blessed Easter. My family and I will be celebrating with an Easter brunch this year.

For my design this week I’ve been googling a technique by Jennifer McGuire where she blends multiple Distress Oxide inks onto a card panel, and then water paints the stamped image. I blended Lucky Clover, Cracked Pistachio and Forest Moss on Neenah Solar White cardstock. I stamped the W Plus 9 Sympathy Lilies stamp onto the blended panel with Versamark ink and heat embossed with SSS Ultra Fine Gold (EP).

To finish my card I splattered a few droplets of water onto the blended panel added a few Nuvo Crystal Drops Bright Gold, adhered onto an A2 Top Fold Neenah Solar White card base.

Happy Easter
Well hello, It seem like forever that I’ve had the opportunity to sit and just play.. I decided to play in a few challenges this weekend. I love Claire’s sketch over at Paper Players this week it’s perfect for the theme at Festive Friday’s challenge Easter or Flowers. I’m trying to use my supplies, perfect opportunity to use the Simon Says Stamp Easter Card Kit. The cross image in Easter Wishes stamp set is very compelling to me.
I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Neenah Solar White card and colored with various Copic Markers. I had tons of fun putting this card together. Hope you like my take on the challenges.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Please leave a comment and come back later in the week to see how much fun I had this weekend!
