Happy Wednesday my crafty friends….. I’m here on Retro Wednesday playing over on the Retro Sketches blog….. I tell you I just love this Pineapple stamp by Stampendous. I hope your week has been ok thus far….. I’m still amazed that it’s already 3 days into August .. where has the year gone. Well I’m still working on the party planning everything is coming together very nicely. Well my crafty friends here’s my take on the sketch hope you like.

Sunday It Is… CASology #208
Happy Sunday evening my crafty peeps…. I’ve been working on invitation’s for the Mister’s 50th birthday bash… and today I picked my girlfriend up from the airport went to breakfast with my family at this restaurant called Snooze the food was delicious and afterwards we went over to Torrey Pines Beach… I’m not a beach type of girl my sister-in-law says take off your shoes come out of your comfort zone and feel the sand between your toes a real challenge for me but what the heck we only live once right! I haven’t been able to play in the haven like I wanted too this weekend. I’ve been working on this card for a few days. The cue word over on the CASology blog this week is Journey. I decided to use a set that I just had to have and never used lol..I’m finally putting it to use. I pulled out a Beautiful Ride stamp set by SSS and I immediately thought of riding my bike to the market on a cobblestone street to pick up some flowers. I think I got the look riding up a hill on a cobblestone street. I hope you like my take on the sketch.

I used my Silhouette to help me out on this sketch because the only sunburst I own is a stencil so here we go my crafty friends….. let’s see what you think about this one.!

I’m Casing on A Monday-CAS #182
Happy Monday my crafty friends…… I’m playing over on the CAS(E) this Sketch! blog this evening….. I used one of the florals from the stamp set Timeless Love by SU and cut it out with my Brother Cut & Scan and popped it up to give it dimension. I colored the image with various Zig Clean Color markers…. I don’t know about you but I was pretty tired today Monday blues. I’m coming off of celebrating my birthday over the weekend….. so this girl was pretty exhausted today. Here’s my take on the sketch hope you like!

Happy Birthday to me- CASology 207
What a day….I woke up to the most amazing encouragement a girl could receive today is my birthday and I’ve been super encouraged by family and friends near and far. You know me even the birthday girl wants to get her crafty on so this evening so I’m playing over on the CASology blog the word is ROUGH I can’t say that’s how my day was it the total opposite filled with love and joy but any who’s ….here’s my take hope you like.
