I’m playing this evening on the Retro Sketches blog..I’m coming out of my comfort zone on this one… I had some scraps laying around from a couple of cards I’ve been working on so I made something happen… that’s the beauty of paper crafting you can always make something creative happen. Well here’s my take on the sketch…….

Challenge Frenzy – Happy Monday
Hello My Crafty Friends…..hat’s off to another Monday the start of the work week. I have lots of fun for you this evening. I’ve been working on several challenges over the past week. I would like to share some of them with you. I’m playing over on the Cas(e) this Sketch, Colour Q blogs. The Colour Q blog is a little tricky for me the color combo has a few old SU colors that are way before my time bordering blue & taken with teal. I got the taken with teal covered I borrowed it from a friend. Let’s see if I can find something in this haven of mine to pull it off I love the image of the heart and the color combo is amazing. Well first up is the Case this Sketch challenge..

Hello Wednesday- CAS(E) this Sketch #175
Hello Crafty Friends it’s Hello Wednesday! I’m playing over on the CAS(E) this Sketch blog this evening. I have a good one for you remember my 4 attempts to get a card made for the ColourQ challenge the other day… the one that I put so much work into yeah! this girl forgot to post her card on the challenge link go figure right! Well I’ve really been enjoying spending time in my haven creating…. I’ve even been reorganizing and cleaning up the haven so it feels good to create. Well this post is going to be short I’m waiting for the Warrior’s Cavaliers game tonight…. I’m rooting for the Warriors. Well my crafty friends here’s my take on the sketch…

I normally have a hard time putting so many elements together so I’m taking a risk and coming out of my comfort zone. I did it yeah me! that’s the beauty of challenges right. Happy Sunday-Color Q Challenge # 344
Happy Sunday my crafty peeps……Well I’m back this Sunday evening with a post. I’ve been waffling all weekend long trying to decide what I would create for this challenge….. I tell you my mind was in a crafty fog. Have you ever experienced a fog….. well the card I’m going to share today took me (4) times before I was finally happy with the results……. of course after you start putting it all together you still question yourself oh well.! I hope you like my take on the challenge. I have a special treat for you…… that I’ll share at the end of this post.

Here’s my little surprise…… Friday was National Donut’s Day and I was so excited. I did celebrate on National Donut Day with a chocolate curl donut. I actually created a little something in honor of National Donut Day. I saw this on Lawn Fawn’s blog someone created this cute little box with donuts inside of it and I had to CAS. I used the Lil Inker Stitched Rectangle dies to make this cute little box.. Hope you like my treat. I also had the opportunity to do a make and take with Kelly Marie Alvarez the owner of Lawn Fawn… over at Paper Tales this weekend such a great treat.
Isn’t this just the cutest…. hope you had the opportunity to celebrate National Donut Day.
