Happy Monday… my crafty friends I’m back with another card for this weeks Merry Monday Christmas challenge. This week Marcia challenged us to create a Christmas card with the color combo on the inspiration photo below. You can read all about the challenge HERE and also see what the rest of the design team created this week.

For my design this week I kept it pretty CAS, I stamped the Avery Elle packages stamp onto X-Press It Blend card and colored with various Copic markers and die cut the with image with the coordinating die.

To finish the card I die cut a panel of the Kohi-I-Noor with the Avery Elle Frame Elements, added Nuvo Crystal Drops Gloss Berry Red onto the berries of the stamped image. I hope you like my take on this

Happy Monday… my crafty friends I’m back with another card for this weeks Merry Monday Christmas challenge. This week Leanne challenged us to create a Christmas card with glasses. You can read all about the challenge HERE and also see what the rest of the design team created this week.

For my design this week I went with a coffee theme card. I love coffee and I have tons of coffee mugs, cups and glasses. I wanted to try something different this week. I took the Newton’s Nook Foliage Stencil and blended several distress inks to create a background strip. I applied a few distress inks to the Hero Arts Coffee Cup Tags stamp to give my coffee cup an ombre look. I die cut the cup and whipped cream topping and copic colored the whip cream top with copic markers.

To finish off my card I die cut borders from the Avery Elle Dotted Borders Die (set) and adhered the stenciled background to the borders and adhered the stenciled borders, coffee cups to an A2 Grout Gray Top Fold card base along with a scattering of some Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Crafty Supplies
Paper: Koh-I-Noor Bristol Smooth, MFT Grout Gray
Stamp: Hero Arts Coffee Cup Tags
Ink: Shabby Shutters, Pined Needles, Mowed Lawn, Gathered Twigs, Candied Apple, Abandoned Coral, Worn Lipstick (Oxide) Distress inks, Copic Markers (W0, W1).
Accessories: Newton’s Nook Holiday Foliage Stencil, Avery Elle Dotted Borders Die, Hero Arts Coffee Cup Tags Die, Nuvo Crystal Drops (Red Berry)

Happy Monday… my crafty friends I’m back with another card for this weeks Merry Monday Christmas challenge. This week Kelly challenged us to create a Christmas card using the Tic Tac Toe board below.. I love a good game of Tic Tac Toe!!! To top it all off I get to play with my crafty supplies and create a design.
For my design this week I kept it quite simple…….. top row across ( Stamping, Patterned Paper, Emboss). If your looking to get your crafty on this week before the holidays you should head on over to Merry Monday and see what the rest of the Design Team created this week. I also have some super exciting news I’ll be staying on with Merry Monday as a Guest Designer. Happy dance.. I love this challenge. On another note we’ll be on holiday until January 1st., We’ll see you in 2018!

For my card this week I kept it pretty simple. I cut a (4 x 5.25) piece of Neenah Solar White card and embossed it with the Sizzix Winter Snowflakes-3D embossing folder. I cut several pattern papers from the Echo Park A Perfect Winter and adhered onto the bottom of the embossed snowflake panel. I stamped the sentiment onto a (SU) Real Red cardstock with VersaMark ink and heat embossed with Stampendous Detail White (EP).
To finish off my card I adhered the panel onto a side fold Basic Grey card base.

Crafty Supplies
Paper: Neenah Solar White, (SU) Basic Grey
Specialty Paper: Echo Park ( Lori Whitlock – A Perfect Winter)
Stamp: SSS Stained Glass Greetings
Ink: Versamark
Accessories: Stampendous Detail White (EP), Sizzix (3-D Snowflake EF), Nuvo Platinum Mousse
I hope you’ll join in the fun this week. Happy Holidays

Happy Monday… my crafty friends I’m back with another card for this weeks Merry Monday Christmas challenge. This week Debbie challenged us to create a Christmas card with three of the colors in the photo inspiration below. I’ve been under the weather the past few das and now I have a nasty sinus infection geez… I have no energy for anything.
I was in Michael’s a few days ago and ran across this cute little stamp set Merriest by AI (Art Impressions). I love the Girlfriends stamp set they just crack me up. I decided to ink this baby up and color these gals…
You can hear them belting out those Christmas Carols totally off key. You have to admit they are super cute! I hope you like my take on this weeks photo inspiration while your checking me out you should head on over and check out the rest of the Design Team creations.
I’m sorry I didn’t do a breakout this week this girl is trying to feel better.

Have a great week!
