Happy Wednesday my crafty friends I got a few cards for you I’m playing in a couple of challenges this evening Case this Sketch and Retro Sketches. I had technical difficulties on Monday so it was a chore to post on the blog. I was trying to post a few cards and for some reason I couldn’t link up oh well let’s see how things go this time… Hope you enjoyed the 4th of July weekend mine was super busy didn’t get to play in the haven like I wanted to so this evening I’m taking full advantage…. Well Hello there my crafty peeps it has been a very busy weekend but I manage to squeeze in some time in the haven to get a few projects completed for a couple of challenges. It’s that time and this evening I’m playing over on the Freshly Made Sketches and Cacology blogs….. My family normally celebrates the 4th early so Friday night was our night on Mission Bay I just love this time of year because to me it’s the official summer kick-off…. Yesterday was quiet I had lunch with Susan, Roxie and Jan it was a great time to just hangout and catch up on just some crafty talk. I went to the fair today with my sister, nephew my Uncle and his son.. I was able to finish my card before I left for the fair…… I’m exhausted from walking around the fair.. I had a corn dog, squeezed lemonade and desert was funnel cake….. can I say fair food overload. Here we go my take on the sketch this week…….

I was a little stumped on the cue word over at CASology (Row) well for my take on the sketch I used a stamp set that I purchased last year and I wanted to use when I thought of the word I immediately thought of the little pest that drives us all cray during the summer….. especially when your trying to enjoy a picnic. Happy Thursday my crafty peeps… I know I didn’t get to do my normal Retro Wednesday post I had a hair appointment so things were a little delayed yesterday… well I’m not to chatty this evening my allergies are really bothering me I’ve had headaches the past few days…. so it’s zapping all of my energy lately. One more day and it’s TGiF tomorrow I’ll be celebrating my families annual 4th of July Bonfire & Barbecue on Mission Bay. I hope I’m feeling better I took some medicine but it has me kinda loopy….. well I guess I was a little chatty anywho’s….. Enjoy my take on the sketch……. Happy TGIF eve.

Well Happy Monday my crafty friends….. it’s a Mundane Monday and hot as heck here in So. Cal.. I walked into the house and the temperature was 88 what a hot box to walk into. It was a day at work today that’s why I’m calling it Mundane Monday but thank God I have something to come home to my crafty little haven. I’m playing over on the Colour Q blog this evening.. so check this out this one’s a beauty just wish you could see all of the sparkle. I’m loving painting with the clear wink of stella…… ok here’s my take on the sketch hope you like…..

Hello my crafty peeps! I hope your enjoying the weekend.. I spent most of Saturday cleaning and thinking of ideas for cards… Well I’n playing in several challenges this weekend and I’m so excited. It was another hot day here in So. Cal… I’m just trying to stay cool but it’s hard to work in the haven cause it is hotter than Haiti upstairs in my haven. The first challenge I’m playing in is Freshly Made Sketches…. I really wish I could have gotten a better photo of this lil darling I actually tried a new technique I colored the image with ink and clear wink of stella it’s a beauty so I tried a different angle so you could possibly see some of the sparkle. Well here’s my take on this weeks sketch…..

TGIF… Thank God It’s Friday! I have a few challenges that I’ll be entering this weekend and to kick things off I’m playing over on the CAS(E) this sketch, CASology blogs… I’ve never done a combo on a challenge but I thought the sketch and the cue word played right into what I needed. I have a wedding to attend this evening and what better way to fill my need for a wedding card for the happy couple. Well here’s my take on the sketch and cue word.
